SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our boxes are very carefully packaged to prevent product damage.
We ship Priority Mail or Express mail through USPS based on package weight.
- Priority Mail takes 2-4 days to arrive once shipped.
- Express Mail takes 1-2 days to arrive once shipped.
Cookie Orders
Are shipped within one business week EXCEPT for all holiday cookies.
(Mother’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Father’s Day). These deliveries are timed to arrive in time for the holiday.
Note: Christmas Cookie Orders can begin shipping mid-November unless we are notified otherwise.
Cookie Molds and Handpainted Ornaments
These are are handmade for each order and take about two weeks to process, plus shipping time.
Please order accordingly, so you receive them in time!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not offer returns on edible products. If there has been damage in the mail, please contact us immediately upon receipt of package so that we can begin processing claim with the USPS. Refunds and returns are arranged on an individual basis – please contact us with the problem and we will make arrangements with you.
Ornaments and Cookie Mold products. If there is a problem with your handpainted ornament or cookie mold, we will make it right. Please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can do so!
Our goal is for you to be delighted with your purchase and we will do everything within our power to accomplish that goal.
