Heather is the “chief cook and bottle washer.” She absolutely loves what she does, and has boundless passion for learning and creating. She has been blessed to be able to work with truly wonderful people over 24 years, and this business is a credit to them!

Leslie is a Pennsylvania native and was trained to press Springerle under the direction of the talented Heather Botchlet 4 years ago. She enjoys the painstaking art of making Springerle, and is happy to be a part of creating cookies that truly require teamwork! While Leslie is not working her muscles in the kitchen, she is an actor for stage/film/tv, as well as an acting teacher. She lives in Lancaster County with her husband and 3 little girls.  

Allison is our ornament painter. Allison grew up and went to school in Lancaster Co and then moved to Texas and NYC before coming back to Lancaster to settle down. She is the proud mum of 4 grown children. Allison is very creative and has enjoyed exercising her painting skills on the wide variety of springerle ornaments for more than 20 years. In addition to painting, Allison loves gardening, cooking, reading and her two naughty cats!

Tracie is a cookie-maker in training. Tracie is married to the love of her life, and has two awesome sons. She is a nanny, Waldorf kindergarten teacher, and chicken Mamma who also makes soap, candles, bath & body products. She loves gardening and cooking.
