We're offering our gingersnaps for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year!! As with springerle cookies, order deadline for Thanksgiving delivery is Wed., Nov 6. If your order is placed after that, it will be considered a Christmas/holiday order and ship anywhere from mid-November until mid-December, unless a specific delivery date after Thanksgiving is requested. Christmas order deadline is Sun., Nov 17.

These gingersnaps were one of our best sellers in our cookie shop. Crunchy around the edges, but deliciously chewy in the middle, they are absolutely addictive! We use three different kinds of ginger to make these extra flavorful; you're sure to enjoy the zingy bits of crystallized ginger.. these won't last long!
