These old-world recipes, brought to life with the freshest ingredients, are redolent with spices. Pfeffernusse, or "pepper-nuts" are a delightful cookie absolutely bursting with flavor. These old-fashioned favorites are delightfully fragrant with spices, such as cinnamon, ginger, & a little clove and nutmeg, along with walnuts and citron. We coat ours in a lemon glaze, which complements the spices perfectly! Bet you can't eat just one! The perfect coffee cookie! We use a traditional German recipe for our gingerbread, which is then imprinted with a twining vine motif and finished in our lemon glaze. These large (at least 3 x 3") tiles are great keepers, (for weeks!), but we'll make them fresh just for you! You will receive six yummy tiles, and you really do have to try these with coffee! **EMPLOYEE FAVORITE**
